We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Laxmisoft Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We respect our clients' intellectual property rights. Any custom development work performed for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project payments are typically structured with milestones. A deposit is required to commence work, with subsequent payments tied to project deliverables.
Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed and delivered cannot typically be refunded.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity. Actual delivery may vary due to client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Timely delivery depends on client cooperation, including providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timeframes.
In no event shall Laxmisoft Technologies, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We provide a limited warranty on our development work for a period specified in each project agreement, covering defects in workmanship but not changes in requirements or third-party service failures.
Clients may terminate projects with written notice. Payment for completed work and expenses incurred up to termination date will be due.
We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or if continuation of the project becomes impractical.
Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work and transfer ownership of deliverables upon receipt of final payment.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication and mediation before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
