  • Your Request: First, we receive your request via our inquiry form from your side which is swiftly sent to our business development team for evaluation. Upon evaluation, we approach you, the client via a telephonic or Skype interview to discuss your requirements, project scope and other specifications.
  • Inspecting the Candidate: Next, we setup an interview between the client and the required candidate, be it a developer or designer. The client is supplied with the candidates details and has a talk with him to appraise him.
  • Selection Process: Upon completion of the initial round of interviews, the client makes his selection of the developer or designer and approves him/her. At this stage the client also informs us of his hiring preferences namely, full-time, part-time or hourly.
  • Contract & Payment:Here we draw up a contract between the client and us regarding details of payment, project initiation, resource allocation, etc.
  • Done! Let’s Get to Work: In this stage, the formalities are over and the client and developer can get down to business. The client allocates tasks to the selected candidate and has complete control over the project. Any issues arising can be reported to the account manager which will be resolved immediately.
